The new Parry Alpha hot cupboards
come in three sizes 1200mm, 1500mm, and 1800mm wide all of which are 650mm deep and
900mm high. Versatile,robust and practical, the 1.52 kw and 3kw hot cupboards come
with sliding doors and internal shelf as standard with optional extras including
single and double heated gantries
(3 and 4 300w Quartz lamps), additional sliding doors turning this adaptable hot cupboard into a pass through unit. It also available as an ambient cupboard.

CATERLUX ATLAS HOT CUPBOARDS
These heavy duty hot cupboards have a complete variety of modules and options which can be 'mixed and matched' to meet the exact requirements of the chef.
There are 4 standard lengths between 760mm and 1750mm with a variety of plain and bain marie tops. There is the option of electric, natural or LP gas heating.
The diverse choice of extra fittings includes doors both sides, tray rails, castors and a comprehensive range of heated gantries and over shelves.An innovation is the unique three sliding door system which facilitates access to the centre of the hot cupboard and the loading of wide baking dishes.
CATERLUX HOTCUPBOARDS AND BAINS MARIE
CATERLUX cupboards provide a multi-various choice from small plate warmers to 1750mm long units. There are two distinct ranges the heavy duty ATLAS and the medium duty GALAXY range hotcupboards
THE CATERLUX GALAXY HOT CUPBOARDS
This comprises a choice of 11 electrically heated hot cupboards ranging from the small GEMINI plate warmer to the ORION and APOLLO 1750mm long plain top and bain marie hot cupboards. These can be fitted with all the various heating gantries and over shelves.The ORION and APOLLO size 2 and 3 units are available as a DELUXE version in a teakwood grain finish.
